Syna Cabinets – Return, Replacement & Cancellation Policy


📦 Return Policy

At Syna Cabinets, your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we gladly accept returns within 30 days of receipt.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

  • ✔ Assembled items

  • ✔ Modified items (cut, altered, or changed)

  • ✔ Items not in original packaging

  • ✔ Custom-made or special-request products

  • ✔ Items assembled by us but missing or broken components

  • ✔ Items returned without the original invoice or sales order

⚠️ Returns requested after 30 days will be subject to approval and depend on the item’s condition.

Please note:

  • If your order included free shipping, the outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

  • A 20% restocking fee applies to most returned items.

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

✅ How to Submit a Return

  1. Submit your request within 30 days of receiving your order.

  2. Complete the return request form with full details.

  3. Receive confirmation within 1–4 business days.

  4. Once items are received and inspected, a refund will be processed to your original payment method (minus applicable fees).


🛠 Damaged Products & Replacement Policy

We strive to ensure all items are delivered in perfect condition. If your order arrives damaged, we will provide replacements at no additional cost.

📸 In some cases, photos may be required to confirm the damage and determine whether replacement parts or a full-unit replacement are needed.

  • If a full replacement is issued, the damaged item becomes the property of Syna Cabinets.

  • Please keep all items in original packaging until further instructions from Syna Cabinets are provided.

✅ How to Submit a Replacement Request

  1. Submit your request within 10 days of receiving your order by email.

  2. Complete the replacement request form in detail.

  3. Expect confirmation within 1–4 business days.

If you do not wish to pursue a replacement, you may still return the product under our Standard Return Policy.


🚚 White Glove & Truck Freight Deliveries

For larger deliveries, the customer who placed the order must be present to inspect and sign for the items.

Important:

  • Carefully inspect all packages while the driver is present.

  • Even if the package shows slight damage, note “Package Damaged” on the delivery receipt.

  • Inspect all pieces before assembly and report any issues immediately to Syna Cabinets

Failure to notate issues at delivery may prevent us from providing a satisfactory resolution.


❌ Cancellation Policy

Due to our fast order processing, cancellations are only possible within a limited timeframe.

✅ How to Cancel an Order

  1. Send your cancellation request by email to synacabinets@gmail.com with subject line: “Cancellation.”

  2. You will receive confirmation within 2 business days.

Important Notes:

  • All cancellations must be confirmed in writing. If you do not receive a confirmation email, your order has not been canceled.

  • Orders cannot be canceled once shipped or assembled for delivery.

  • If your cancellation request cannot be processed, you may still return the item under our Standard Return Policy.

  • Approved cancellations will be refunded to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
